In my first years in law, I was a criminal defence barrister in London. In Sydney I have, after a short stint at the Bar, worked in small law firms as a commercial litigator (I now prefer dispute resolution) and obtained accreditation from the Law Society. I set up what used to be Drayton Sher Lawyers with a partner and now operate as a sole practitioner through Drayton Law Group. I do have two Boys - one is a Musician and the other an Exercise Physiologist!
