Pages Family Law is a specialist family law practice with lawyers in Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Our team includes two Accredited Specialists in Family Law Nicole Berg and Carol Pages. Our lawyers are Carol Pages and Rahima Masaud in Melbourne, Gemma Collins-Little in Adelaide, and Nicole Berg in Brisbane. We act in all areas of family law, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, spousal maintenance and financial agreements. We focus on resolution wherever possible. We work to settle matters through negotiation and dispute resolution, and Nicole is trained in collaborative practice. When Court is needed, we have significant experience in litigation, including complex property and parenting matters. We welcome referrals and overflow work from Lex Nova members who need extra family law capacity, whether for a single task or a full matter. We are also glad to refer work to member firms when our own capacity is stretched.
